Register for Ellen Sundbergs fond - Vårterminen 2026

Two scholarships of SEK 10.000 each will be awarded to students conducting in-depth studies in the field of music.

The scholarship is only available to students at Karlstad University during the application period from 1 - 31 March 2026. Students should apply individually and for a specific project.

The application should include:

• Cover letter
• CV / Resume
• Official Transcript of Records (Ladok)
• Certificate from teacher/supervisor at Karlstad University
• Presentation of project plan

Incomplete applications and applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed. Documents included in the application should be submitted as attachments.

The application must be submitted to the scholarship committee by 31 March 2026.

The application will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• Previous study results within the field related to the scholarship
• Feasibility of the proposed project
• Relevance to the aim of the scholarship

The Scholarship Committee, which includes a student representative, decides who is awarded a scholarship. The Scholarship Committee’s decision will be announced in November.
