Anmeldung für Karlstad University EH International programme Scholarship - Autumn Term 2025

Karlstad University offers a tuition scholarship for outstanding international students from outside the EU/EEA who wish to pursue a master's or a bachelor’s program. This scholarship aims to support talented students with a strong academic background and a commitment to excellence.

The scholarship is open only to students who have applied and been admitted to a STEM-program (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) on master's or bachelor’s level at Karlstad University and who are from a non-EU/EEA country (i.e., subject to tuition fees).

The application must include:

• Curriculum vitae (CV), maximum 2 pages
• Personal motivation letter, maximum 500 words
• Copy of passport

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

The scholarship is only available during the application period from 1 - 31 October. The application must be submitted to the Scholarship committee no later than 31 October.

A comprehensive assessment of the application will be conducted based on the following criteria:

• Academic and educational performance respectively in the field relevant to the scholarship.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to studying at Karlstad University.
