Register for Stiftelsen Gerd, Gunnar och Gordons fond VT 2023

Two scholarships of SEK 25,000 are awarded to students in the field of technology who have developed an idea that could lead to a patent or manufacturing in Sweden.

The scholarship is only available to students at Karlstad University.

The application should be individual and relate to a specific project. The application should include:

• Cover letter
• CV / Resume
• Official Transcript of Records (Ladok)
• Certificate from teacher/supervisor at Karlstad University
• Presentation of the idea

Incomplete applications and applications submitted after deadline will not be processed. Documents included in the application should be submitted as attachments.

The application must be submitted to the scholarship committee by 12 april 2023.

The application will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• Previous study results within the field related to the scholarship
• Feasibility of the proposed project
• Relevance to the aim of the scholarship

A scholarship committee, including a student representative, decides whom will be awarded a scholarship. The scholarship committee’s decision will be announced in May/June 2023.
